KRIS KRINGLE KIDS

Cappy
CASTALIA'S CAPTAIN CHRISTMAS
12-29-92 redball 105269 redball photo at 3 mo.
dam: WM Solana

Cappy is a huge, woolly gelding, very sweet and willing. I sold him to Wild Wind Llamas when he was 3 mo. old and he lived with us until he was 1 ½. He has a wonderful disposition and loves to hike. He is from a white, short wooled dam and has a full sister below. He is currently being boarded at Mt Silcox Llamas in WA.

Lacey
CASTALIA'S CUP-O-LACE
11-8-93 redball 117430 redball photo at 2 mo.
dam: WM Cup-O-Chile

Lacey sold at 2 mo. and did not leave til she was much older. She is owned by Color Country Llamas in Utah. Lacey is medium wooled, white with a black tail. She has a sweet personality. She is out of a classic, grey & white, ¼ Chilean dam. Her ½ brothers and sisters (same dam) are Castalia's Taza de Fama, Castalia's Sneaky Buffalo, and Castalia's Once in a Blu Moon.

Ruby
CASTALIA'S RUBY SLIPPERS

photo at 2+ yrs.
dam: Mucho Mistico

Ruby has her own page and is a silky, curly gal. She's bright fox red, white and black. She's shown here about 10 minutes after being shorn. Ruby sold at 11 mo. to Whiffles Unlimited and boards here. She has the same dam as Castalia's San Juan Silver, Castalia's Gypsy Moon, Castalia's Sophie O'Satin and Castalia's Sunny Springer.

Ruby had her first cria in 97, a knockout male sired by Bauernheim's Fire Dancer. Flashy guy with Mom's markings and presence, wavy fiber. In fact his fiber ripples and drapes just like his grandsire's, Jubiloso. His name is WU Eminent Copper and he's for sale.

Krissy and Gypsy
CASTALIA'S KRISANA
5-19-94 redball 125211 redball photo at 15 mo.
dam: WM Solana

This is Denise, a visitor from Texas, with Kissy Krissi & Gypsy. Krissi is an enormous white, classic gal with a black tail. She is a full sister to Cappy. She sold at 4 mo. and boards here at Castalia. She is a lap dog, loves everyone and will do anything. Besides Cappy and Krissi, Solana has also given me Mucho Mistico (dam of Castalia's San Juan Silver, Castalia's Ruby Slippers, Castalia's Castalia's Gypsy Moon, Castalia's Sophie O'Satin and Castalia's Sunny Springer) and Castalia's Truly Sassy Lass now owned by Prairie Point Llamas. Spring of 98 Krissi will be bred to Castalia's DragonSmoke.

Duke
CASTALIA'S DUKE
of WALTON

6-18-94 redball 125210 redball 3 yrs.
dam: WM Altaira

Dukester is a tall, classic, reddish-brown dude with white markings on his face, neck and legs and a black mask. He's a sweet guy who I gifted to Mt Silcox Llamas as a 4-H llama. They trained him and his buddy, Buckzilla.

Duke & Buck are now both 4-H llamas owned by Zorina. This is Zorina with Duke in Fitting & Showing at the 97 Jefferson County Fair. Duke is out of my dark brown, blaze faced, classic female, Taira. Her other crias are WM Cup O Chile, Countess A' La Macho, Castalia's Captain Navarre, Castalia's Blaze of Glory and Castalia's Wild Angel.

Max
CASTALIA'S MAX A' LA MACHO
9-6-94 redball 128916 redball photo at 11 mo.
dam: Countess A' La Macho

Max is an wooly, ¼ Chilean knockout. He's white with peach appy spots, grey/black ears, eye patches and muzzle. His wool is not only long, it's very fine and crimpy. He has a wonderfully sweet disposition and his first cria was born in 97 at Castalia. See Castalia's Maxine Minx. He's now the herd sire at Prairie Point Llamas in MO. Nancie showed him and he got 4th in his class at the 97 Kansas City Royal. We're really proud of both of them! * Update: Sadly, Nancy lost Max, but he will never be forgotten.

Gypsy
CASTALIA'S GYPSY MOON
5-8-95 redball 150123 redball photo at 10 days
dam: Mucho Mistico

Gypsy is SOOOO sweet! She's a full sister to Ruby and Springer, but is white except for a red "kiss spot" on her forehead. She's 1/8 Chilean and will be bred Spring of 99 to Castalia's DragonSmoke or your stud. She's for sale to the right home.

Huggy
CASTALIA'S HUGGYBEAR BERETTA
4-22-96 redball 92146 redball photo at 1 mo.
dam: Chynna

As with the rest of the Santa kids, Huggy is a love. Tame from birth and easy to work with. Huggy sold with his Mom (also a sweet, sweet llama) to High Acres Llamas in Texas and has proven to be a valuble PR addition to their herd. I have better pictures, but I can see his smile in this one and I miss his smile! He had a seal bay ½ sister (same dam) by Castalia's San Juan Silver, named San Juan Chelle, born at High Acres Llamas in 97.

Pie
CASTALIA'S COUNTESS HONEYPIE
9-16-96 redball 176710 redball photo at 3 yrs.
dam: Countess A' La Macho

Pie's dam was the first cria born at Castalia and my best llama buddy. Pie Pie is a full sister to Max and is Tess' 3rd cria. (Castalia's Adivino, at Groveland Farm is Tess' other son.) Pie is just as sweet as her parents and already a lap llama. You can see a tiny bit of Pie (younger) on Haili's page. And if you click on her dam's name above, you'll see Pie near the bottom of the page during her first breeding.

Springer
CASTALIA'S SUNNY SPRINGER
5-1-97 redball181215 redball 3 mo.
dam: Mucho Mistico

You can see Springer's luster even kushed in a dark barn. What you can't see are his silken suri-like curls. He may appear white, but he actually has patches of silver and pale apricot. If he wasn't related to both of my senior studs and many of my females, Springer would never have been for sale. He's as sweet as he is soft and beautiful! Springer has his own page here. He was purchased at a couple months old by High Acres Llamas in Fredricksburg Texas, and will be their Jr. Herdsire. Upon his arrival there in January 98 (at 9 months old), he had immediate outside breedings lined up for the future!
