Who We Are

Children's House is a licensed early childhood education facility which has been serving the Orcas Island community since 1969. Children's House offers childcare services for 2 groups:

At our Toddler Center we serve waddlers (15 months to 26 months) and toddlers (26 months to 36 months).

At our Preschool we serve children aged 2 to 6 years.

We are a 501(c)(3) non profit; any contribution you make is tax deductible. We are also a United Way agency. Families in the community do not have to have a child at Children's House to take advantage of our broad range of family services.

Children's House board members live and work on Orcas; some have children who attend the facility. Our staff have early childhood education training.
