Judith Owens-Lancaster is a Certified Hynotherapist who presently maintains
a private practice on Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands in Washington
State.  Utilizing hypnosis, dream therapy, intuitive spiritual counseling,
and Reiki bodywork, she helps her clients live more functional, dynamic and
creative lives.

Judith received training in hypnosis with Carol Styron Gore at the New York
Society for Ethical Hypnosis and was Certified by the International Society
of Professional Hypnosis.  She is a Certified Reiki Practitioner through
John Harvey Gray.

She conducts workshops and seminars on such topics as "Managing Fear,"
"Dreams, the Language of the Subconscious," "Tapping the Creative Fire,"
"Reincarnation, Karma and Dharma," "The Seven Major Chakras," "Meditation
for Beginners," "Journey to Spiritual Awakening," and others.

She is the author of Managing Fear: A Workbook for Transforming Fear, Stage
Fright and Performance Anxiety and Fathoms: An Island Almanac, a colorful
booklet about life in the San Juan Islands. She was also a featured writer for
Aquarian Voices with her column, "Dreams, Your Inner Counselor."

She continues her studies in the field of mind-body-spirit connection and
gives special gratitude and recognition to the teachings and writings of
Carl Jung, Milton Erickson, Alexander Lowen, Rudolf Steiner, Dion Fortune
and Alice Bailey for their contribution to her education.

Formerly a professional performing artist, Ms. Owens-Lancaster spent many
years as an actress and singer.  She still enjoys performing occasionally
in local Orcas Island productions.
