Angel is a very classic gal with a mane and flowing guard hair. Her undercoat is very fine and ranges from steel grey to taupe. She is already very tall as a 2 year old and is an elegant, smooth moving choice for a packer's breeding program.
She loves to stand on her hind legs and get the best leaves up in the trees. She's athletic and strong and there's no reason she couldn't do some packing herself when she is old enough. I don't want her bred before she is 3 because she still has a lot of growing to do. She should do great in show classes for light fibered females. |

Angel can also be bred to wooly studs for wooly crias if you are looking to add size to your wooly program. She has two 1/2 sisters (same dam) that are 48 and 48+. Her dam is 46 and Angel has many tall, elegant nieces and nephews. Her double coated fleece makes for an easy care gal with very spinnable fiber.
The females in Angel's lines are heavy milkers and excellent mothers that settle easily. None have had any genetic defects and all are very athletic. |

| This is Angel and her dam. Angel is standing downhill which makes her look shorter, but she is almost as tall as her dam now. You can see how grey her undercoat is in this shot. All of these photos were taken in April of 98 and Angel had just turned 2 in March. Her dam is one of my foundation females and packers love her. Folks that are into woolies just overlook her completely. Yet her wooly grandcrias are the ones they go nuts over. |
