The first of my relatives that my family remembers is Mordesha, She Who Dreams the Majik. Her origins and nature have never been clear, but her function was always well known. She is a nebulous Witch, in between the Worlds. No one has seen her open her eyes because her whole purpose is to Dream different forms of Majik into being.

She Dreamed the Water Sprites, Plant Devas and Wood Nymphs into life. She inbued Stones with certain powers, Plants with certain medicines and the Winged Ones with different gifts. Among the Winged Ones were the Dragons. They are her favorite beings. That is how she gave birth to Dorgana, whose sire was a Dragon Dreamed by Mordesha, forever nameless, but with the Power to mound the Earth.

Dorgana inherited her fathers power and later gave birth to... well that's another story. But it is her blood that connects me to Mordesha. Mordesha still Dreams and calls new Majik into our realm. Some no longer believe in Majik, but that doesn't bother her, she does as she knows and will for ever more.
