Lopez Island vacation rental
Lopez Island offers many wonderful experiences for visitors.
There are miles of beach to explore, fine restaurants, great biking, abundant wildlife and
scenery beyond compare. Lopez is the smaller and least populated of the San Juan Islands
but offers all major services including restaurants, natural foods store, espresso shops,
amazing bakery, art gallery, bookstore, bank, medical clinic, well stocked market and more.
Lopez has a nine hole golf course and a recently built four court tennis complex.
Fisherman Bay offers a full service boat yard and a resort marina.
Flat Point is a peaceful, private community on the NW side of Lopez Island,
a few miles south of the ferry and approximately 1.5 miles north of the village.
Our Lopez Island vacation rental is situated just off the beach with beautiful vistas to the north, south,
and west. Wetlands behind the cabin are home to otter, heron, ducks, and songbirds.
The sandy beach is one of the finest in the islands, offering great crabbing, fishing,
castle building, and beachcombing. The soft sand and gradual slope make it an ideal
beach for children. You can enjoy a low tide beach walk to the village for a treat
from Holly B’s Bakery or walk the beach in the other direction to Odlin Park.
The ferry to Friday Harbor passes by the channel marker at the tip of Flat Point.
To the north there is a county park, Bella Terra, which has day use facilities and
public mooring buoys. Our mooring buoy, within sight from cabin window, may be available
with advance notice.

and How to Get Here
The cabin has been recently renovated and is contemporary and comfortable.
There are two bedrooms (queen, bunk beds) and a bath with shower. The large picture windows
offer views of water and wetlands. The new kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware,
utensils and appliances; including microwave, toaster, coffee makers, and mixer.
We supply all bedding and towels, paper goods, and most common household necessities.
The new deck has comfortable chairs and table for eating and watching the sunset. Phone,
DVD, CD stereo, BBQ, clamming shovel are included. Maximum number of persons is 4. No smoking.
No pets.
The cabin rents for $875/+tx a week or $150/+tx a night.
Check in time is 3 PM and check out is noon. Alternative arrangements concerning
arrival and departure times may be possible depending on reservations.
A holding and damage deposit of $200 is required when reservation is made.
The full rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit will be
refunded immediately following an inspection of the cabin to ensure it has
been left in order. A 30 day notice of cancellation is needed for full refund
