FINANCIAL TRACKING FORM FOR PAYMENTS AND/OR BILLING STATEMENTS

 

Dear Student Cooperative Degree Program Participant.

There are a few vehicles you can use to make your degree
program payments.

 

POSTAL MAIL PAYMENTS


Send a check or money order.


1. Fill out the information in the form below.

2. Write a check payable to the Institute of Global Education and postal mail it with an appropriately completed copy of the form.
