Learn to trust good experiences in nature

A. In this moment, gently caress your face or arm, or slowly chew something that tastes good.

B. Note that the experience feels good.

C. Do you find that your awareness of good feelings increases when you acknowledge that they feel good? Does this increase your connectedness to the experience?

D. Stop the caressing or tasting activity. Do you sense a void?

E. Do you trust what you sense and feel? Does it make sense not to?
