Our home faces almost due east. This is sunrise over Blakely Island, Decatur Island, Thatcher Pass, and the mainland in the distance. Our art gallery is, as you see, to be observed from the front deck. This is where we live. In 1988, we sold our home, packed our bags, gave notice at our jobs, and headed for Lopez - the best move we have ever made.
