EMAIL SERVER SETTINGS
Email server settings are the technical details your email client (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail) needs to send and receive messages through your email provider. These settings include the incoming mail server (IMAP or POP3), outgoing mail server (SMTP), and details like server addresses, ports, and encryption types.
Entering these settings correctly is important because it ensures your email client can connect to your email account securely and reliably. If they're wrong, you might not be able to send or receive emails—or your messages could be delayed, lost, or insecure.
